Goldhawk Associates are currently representing a growing organisation based in Maidstone who are looking to expand their finance function on a permanent basis. Our is a long-standing and well-established company who are going through a period of sustained growth. They are looking to hire an account assistant to join their company and oversee the following key areas:
- Track & manage the whole sales order process
- Resolve all client issues and offer superior customer service.
- Produce bills, deliver recurring customer statements, and reduce payment defaults
- Weekly sales report updates and monthly sales KPIs
- Complete every purchase order and input every supplier invoice.
- Keep track of the monthly payment cycle
- Reconcile Bank Transactions
- Balance your accounts payable and receivable.
- Control employee spending
- Control the monthly stock reconciliations.
- Vat returns
- Sales ledger
This is an exciting role for someone who is keen to take the next step into an organisation where you can really make a difference. The role is varied, meaning no two days are the same which requires someone to be organised and happy to work towards variance deadlines.
