A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service and Quality Administrator to join my inclusive client based in Maidstone, on a full time and permanent basis.



The ideal candidate will come from a FMCG background and will have a great understanding of food ingredients and Quality requirements including ISO, HACCP, BRC, GFSI etc.



Duties include:

* Working closely with Reception; actively logging customer questionnaires and portal requests
* Managing multiple priorities; communicating with customers regarding the process of their questionnaires and queries
* Completing customer questionnaires within agreed lead time
* Responding to customer enquiries relating to regulatory, food safety and quality
* Actively supporting continuous improvement program initiatives
* Working really closely with the technical departments with all activities and projects
* Supporting compliance projects such as infant qualification, GB compliance and other regulatory requirements which orientate around raw materials and premixes



This role would suit someone with:

* Great understanding of Quality requirements and food standards (ISO, HACCP, BRC etc)
* Experience working within a Quality, Technical of research and development within the food industry is desirable
* An understanding of food ingredients and their functionalities
* A science or Technology graduate who has technical experience who has similar industry experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident using all MS Office applications including proficiency in Excel
* The ability to prioritise a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
* A meticulous attention to detail
