Job Title: Customer Services Administrator
Salary: £22,000
Location: Rochester
An exciting, fast growing manufacturing company based in Rochester are looking for someone to join their busy customer service team. (NOT A CALL CENTRE)
You will be responsible for managing the internal system and order processing, while also communicating with stakeholders to answer queries in a timely and effective way.
You will need:
- Experience in customer services
- Good problem solving and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
