About the role:
We are currently recruiting for Material Warehouse Operatives to join our Quality team at the Aylesford site to report into the Material Development and Laboratory Manager/

Responsible for receiving and supplying recycled materials for production, the jobholder will undertake their daily core activities either in the Warehouse or the shop floor working environment.

We are looking to attract candidates who have previous work experience within a warehouse or plastics manufacturing background.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Supply production with recycled materials
• Loading/Unloading of recycled materials
• Maintain the stock
• Basic testing of incoming raw materials

Person Specification:
Our ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, experience, skillset and
behaviours:
• Good Supply Chain and Warehousing experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to be trained and the use of Manual Handling Equipment
• Demonstrated Good Team Behaviours and willingness to learn.
• Organised with the ability to plan and prioritise different tasks.
• Ability to build good relationships both internally and externally
• Methodical in approach with keen attention to detail
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop

Shifts: Monday to Friday on two rotating shifts of 6am -2pm and 2pm -10pm. (40 hours per week)
Salary: £22,500.00 (Band 3)
