Goldhawk are partnering with a well known group business located in East Kent who are looking to appoint a new commercial focused Finance Manager. Working within £120M t/o business unit, you will be responsible for managing month end processes, alongside acting Business Partner to divisional heads to understand performance and increase efficiencies in process and controls.

- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Analysing business performance
- Leading the annual budget and monthly forecast processes
- Improving finance and business processes to ensure fast and accurate MI
- Maintaining and improving financial control

To be successful in this role you will need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA, CIMA) and paid up member, with experience in industry. You will be a natural communicator who is comfortable in a business facing role, able to engage and influence stakeholders of all backgrounds across a business. You will naturally be driven by the value add side of finance, and provocatively identify areas of improvement to demonstrate the value you can bring to an organisation.
