HR Manager

Salary: Competitive

Location: Outskirts of Dartford

Fully office based, 4 days a week with flexible working hours

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join my client's team who are based in the outskirts of Dartford. This is a busy and varied standalone role where you can really make it your own! My client is looking for somebody who can bring new ideas to the business with a focus to make a positive impact on their employee's. This role would be ideal for somebody who has previous experience working in industrial or engineering environment.



Some duties include:

* Responsible for and promoting all employees training and development
* Ensuring compliance with ISO, ICO and all other legal employment regulations
* The recruitment and onboarding of new employees
* Manage the company's disciplinary system in line with ACAS
* Advise and support managers in relation to employee's wellbeing and safety
* Providing new ideas to promote the best practice
* General administrative duties relevant to the role



The successful candidate will have / be:

* Previous solid experience in a HR Management role
* Committed to continuous professional development
* Able to build strong working relationships with all staff and senior management
* Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
* Excellent communication skills
* A friendly personality; approachable and able to lead by example
* Solid knowledge of Employment Legislation; both current and upcoming
* Able to use initiative and generate new ideas to the business
* Proficient using MS Office
* Experience using SAP is desirable
