The Division for the Study of Law, Society and Social Justice (LSSJ) is looking for a Clerical Assistant to work to support administration with the Education and Student Experience team in our Canterbury Campus.

As Clerical Assistant you will:

Provide efficient and confidential clerical support to members and managers of the Education and Student Experience Team
Organise room bookings, facilitate production of Staff ID cards, key/fob management, assisting with staff office allocation and moves
Provide confidential clerical service to manager(s) within the team and provide committee servicing support
When required, greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they receive an excellent customer service

To be successful in this role you will have:

GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above), or equivalent
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office packages
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deal with a range of colleagues at all levels
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A commitment to excellent customer service and to the promotion of equality, diversity and inclusivity in your work
