Do you have experience of working with young people within the arts, in either a paid or voluntary capacity? Are you passionate about engaging young people? If so this full time, 12 month fixed term role could be ideal.

In this role you will provide administrative support to the Director of Culture and Creative Projects in the development of all aspects of the artistic programme and creative engagement work within the Institute of Cultural & Creative Industries (ICCI)

What will you be doing, day to day?

Providing administrative support for all programme and creative engagement activity
Supporting the Programme and Creative Engagement Manager and Creative Engagement Practitioner in developing the ART31 creative engagement programme and associated partnerships
Setting up creative engagement events using the venue management system (YesPlan)
Assist in the marketing and communication duties for the Creative Engagement team
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?

GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
Experience of working in the arts (paid or voluntary)
Experience of working in office administration
A demonstrable passion for engaging young people in the arts
