£86,030 + £5,582 car allowance per annum

Chatham, Kent

MHS Homes

Are you committed to ending the housing crisis in North Kent? We are.

We’re looking for a development professional with a great track record of delivery; a dynamic leader to take forward our development ambitions.

You’ll be responsible for leading a substantial capital development programme - over £200 million worth of projects are currently being progressed. This is a key role advising the Executive Team and the Boards of mhs homes and its registered provider subsidiary, Heart of Medway Housing Association on development, regeneration and sales.

You’ll also be an ambassador for #teammhs, representing the organisation at networks, strategic meetings with other partner agencies, public organisations, regulators and funders. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you’ll have the ability to maintain a focus on the strategic big picture as well as detail of project delivery, quality assurance and compliance.

You’ll be working alongside a talented team of development and sales professionals, based in our modern office in Medway, overlooking the river.

In return, we offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits, including:
