We are currently seeking an Carer Support Adviser – Team Lead to join our team in Medway. The requirements of the role will include providing day to day line management of Carer Support Advisers, work in co-production with Carers to ensure that all services are exceptional and build effective relationships with locality partners.

To be successful you will have experience of managing multiple streams of work with the ability to inspire support an motivate staff, a working knowledge of health and social care particularly in relation to adults and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
