Customer Service Administrator - Part Time

Up to £11.20 per hour + benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an established company based in Sittingbourne for a Customer Services Administrator to join their friendly team on a part time basis due to their continued expansion and growth.

You will be working Monday - Wednesday, 22.5 hours per week. You will be required to cover additional hours occasionally for sickness/holiday cover.

You will have previous experience gained in a customer service role and be fully IT literate including Outlook and Excel.

You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and your duties will include:

* Processing sales orders and estimates for customers
* Answering the telephone and dealing with customer queries and order chasing
* General office administration - ordering stationary, scanning, filing etc.
* Processing invoices for goods ordered and uploading the information to Xero/Bank
* Monthly reporting of orders and updating ordering systems to ensure relevant data is accurate.

You will receive 20 days holiday pro rata, increasing with length of service, pension scheme and training will be provided.
