Operations Administrator

My client is seeking enthusiastic individual to join their busy Operations team in Tonbridge.


The duties of the role are below:

* accurate inputting of information onto an in-house system
* Maintain and develop good practice throughout the operations team
* You will take ownership of delivering excellent data reports to customers, suppliers & internally

Therefore the ideal candidate will need to have the below skills/ experience:

* Will have experience of working in a fast paced environment
* Excellent telephone manner
* IT literate within all Microsoft packages
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - especially in written correspondence with suppliers
* Be self-motivated & personable
* Organised & disciplined
* Accurate data entry skills

And ideally:

* Operational background will be an advantage
* Previous experience in Logistics, Transport or Fleet Management
