Finance Manager | Swale – Hybrid working | £45k - £55k

This is an excellent opportunity for a Finalist/Qualified (ACA ACCA CIMA) Finance Manager to join an established multi-site business with operations throughout Europe. Working in a collaborative, friendly finance team, you will report to the Finance Director, manage a small finance team and take full responsibility for the delivery of timely and accurate financial information and effective financial controls.

Key accountabilities will be:

• Lead, manage and develop the Finance function, ensuring effective performance across all finance areas including purchase, sales and credit control
• Monitor and enforce business/financial controls in line with best practice financial standards. Ensure all financial transactions are in line with business/financial controls
• Work closely with European Finance Partners to ensure effective budget planning and forecasting
• Produce monthly financials and support production of management accounts as well as regular forecast & annual budget process
• Fulfil all statutory reporting and audit and tax compliance requirements both internal and external reviews
• Support product reporting, carry out stock reconciliation and valuation
• Manage payroll and relationships with outsourced payroll provider
• Preparation and submission of VAT return, monthly & annual payroll tax & corporation tax; any other tax duties including report to group tax Dept
• Regular reporting and analysis as required including monthly group reporting
