We are currently looking for two Modern Slavery Victim Care Administrators (MSVC Administrator) to join our team on a Fixed Term contract. There will be a potential for the role to be extended or made permanent. The successful candidate may be required to travel to Northern Ireland on occasional basis to support the Victims of Slavery Support Service based at our Belfast office.

The Role:

​The scope of this role is to provide an overall professional administration support service as part of the Modern Slavery Victim Care department. The post-holder will be required to adopt a pro-active approach towards improving local administrative and financial processes in line with any updated requirements as determined by their line manager.

There is a requirement that the post-holder will support the team with their day-to-day work in the provision of client support and will prioritise their own work as necessary. The post-holder will work consistently to ensure to support the continuous development of the service; they will ensure that all processes and procedures are followed efficiently, consistently and with professionalism at all times. The post-holder is expected to contribute to the overall success of the Organisation in accordance with Migrant Help's aims, objectives, vision, and values.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain the contractual finance data and invoicing recording system
Assist in maintaining the on-call change-over procedure
Responsible for liaising with the Finance Department as and when required
Responsible for monitoring the panic buttons in interview and teaching rooms and ensuring a weekly test is carried out and recorded
Responsible for making payments to client pre-paid cards and amend Contract Costs on the TSA Capita System as per their entitlement under the Contract
Provide relevant papers, provide statistical information, and take accurate minutes throughout meetings as requested
Work in close partnership, both with other members of the team and other internal departments
Responsible for answering incoming calls to the organisation and redirecting as appropriate
Assist with the running of monthly Administrative Workshops for Advisers to maintain consistent, quality standards of work under the contract.

Therefore the applicant must:
