Contracts Administrator

Our client who are a manufacturer and distributor of luxury products are looking to recruit a permanent Contracts Administrator.
As the Contracts Administrator you will be working closely with the sales team, the and will be coordinating current projects whilst assisting in daily customer requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Being a point of contact for the contracts department for customer's incoming calls, answering questions, reacting to requests, and servicing clients. You will also be a first level point of contact for the contracts department to the factory, answering questions and reacting to requests.
* Working closely with Contracts Management and the Project Manager, taking day to day operational responsibility for contract orders from initial receipt of order, through internal administration and communication with all relevant functions to completion of delivery processes and after-sales queries.
* Completion of all administration including internal order paperwork, delivery phasing schedules (internal paperwork and customer forms at need), liaison with transport service provider to arrange project delivery processes, etc.
* Attending all internal meetings relating to all projects, providing detail level project/enquiry insight in addition to Contract Manager's input.
Key skills required include:
* IT skill sets including e-mail, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint; conversant with social media
* Project management skills
* Confidence on the telephone to build relationships with customers
* Calm and methodical thinker
* Adaptable approach to work to accommodate business needs
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
