TEAM ASSISTANT

ONGOING TEMPORARY POSITION

£10 PER HOUR



A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a successful and established national company.



Due to expansion of the company, they currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Bookings Coordinator to join their friendly team on a temporary basis. It is a varied role, so a flexible and adaptable approach is required, as well as a passion for customer service delivery.



Duties include:

* Providing and exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls and answering inbound emails
* Booking in client appointments and answering any customer queries
* Contacting customers to book appointments
* Update the system with all appropriate information
* Update of systems to ensure clients receive copies of our reports or quotations



The successful candidate will have:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite telephone manner
* Previous experience within a customer service role is preferred
* Ability to be able to work within a fast paced environment and think quickly
* The ability to work individually and proactively, as well as part of a team
* Experience within an administrative role previously



You would be playing a vital role within an expanding business, as first point of contact for their clients, delivering excellent customer service and exceeding their expectations. You will have the ability to work well within a fast-paced environment quickly adapting, constantly reviewing and re-prioritising as workload pressures shift.



This is the perfect role for someone that is looking to transition into a permanent position. There is an opportunity for the right person to go temp to perm!
