If you are a good communicator with strong administration skills and you can demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service, we would welcome your application for the divisional role of Admissions Administrator.

As a member of the divisional Marketing, Recruitment & Engagement team within Kent Business School, the Admissions Administrator will support admissions activity across the Division, responding to student queries from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring relevant University procedures and processes are followed, to assist the Division in achieving its recruitment targets.

As Admissions Administrator you will:

• provide up to date, clear, accurate and consistent advice to all enquiries made direct to the Division via a range of channels and stakeholders

• review, assess and make formal decision on all postgraduate applications received for the Division

• undertake a variety of confirmation and conversion activities in order to meet divisional and individual programme targets

• undertake a range of activities in preparation for the annual enrolment and induction period to ensure a positive student experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

• previous clerical/administration experience gained in a team-orientated office environment

• previous experience of maintaining student records and/or databases

• the ability to work on multiple tasks, manage time effectively and determine priorities to meet deadlines

• tact, patience and courtesy in dealing with queries and complaints from candidates, parents, schools and academic staff
