We have the opportunity of working for a forward-thinking online business 2 business company, due to their expansion & growth they are looking to expand their new telesales team based in Tunbridge Wells.

About the role:

We are looking for a Trainee/ experience sales executive, who will be responsible for opening and developing new business opportunities, calling business 2 business prospects who are looking to increase their website traffic, this role has the potential to earn uncapped commission as well as a comfortable basic.

Day-to-Day responsibilities:

* High volume, Out-bound calling to companies who are using the free services to up sell to a paid service.
* Setting up demonstration appointments to present the service to each prospect
* Achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets
* Present unique solutions and industry leading services, which help increase website exposure
* Reviewing your sales pipeline on an ongoing basis to ensure sales conversions are maximised.

As they are a new office, they are seeking dynamic staff that are highly motivated, ambitious and who would look to in future progress into a managerial role.

Suitable Candidates:

- Positive attitude

- Outbound calls made daily (50 - 70)

- Confident on the telephone

- Basic understanding of IT systems

- Able to comfortably deal with objections

Salary & Details

* New offices based in Tunbridge wells
* 9-5pm Monday - Friday
* Immediate start
* £18-£23k basic DOE
* Uncapped commission (realistic £4k-£12k per year)
