Job Title: HR Apprentice

Great opportunity for a school leaver to join this well-established, respected brand, based in Medway!

Working in a fast-paced, exciting team, you will have mentoring from a supportive and experienced HR Manager, as well as studying at Mid Kent College for your Level 3 Apprenticeship in HR Support.

Duties include:

* Providing administrative support to the HR team.
* Building and developing your generalist HR knowledge.
* Supporting with the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and new starters to absence management, through to leavers.

The successful candidate will have:

* At least 5 GCSEs between A*-C/ 9-4, including English and Maths, or equivalent.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, buzzy environment.
* A good standard of literacy and numeracy.
* An interest in HR and enthusiasm to learn and develop.
