Finance Business Partner | Maidstone – Hybrid Working | £45k - £55k DOE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, growing service business based on the outskirts of Maidstone. It’s a newly created role, reporting into the Head of FP&A, and will be responsible for owning key international stakeholder relationships. This will involve the preparation of regular forecasting and budgets, routine reporting and analysis while acting as the conduit between the Central UK finance team and overseas teams.

You will be a fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) accountant with strong communication skills that enable you to manage multiple stakeholders who are based Internationally. And you will have a commercial approach to accountancy whilst demonstrating enthusiasm and the ability to influence.

Responsibilities will include:

Business Partnering

 Act as the primary contact and sparring partner for the Director of International Business and country General Managers.
 Decision support, preparing scenarios with the input from the budget owners and model impact.
 Support the budget owners and ensure overall budget ownership and adherence.

Reporting & Analysis

 Prepare and deliver all management reporting for overseas subsidiaries.
 Produce detailed, insightful, and concise business performance with variance analysis in a clear and professional format – in both UK
and US GAAP. Provide all other ad hoc reporting and commercial analysis as required.
 Support reporting improvements required to provide ‘Total Contract Profitability’ and ‘Route To Market’ analysis. Identifying opportunities
for further enhancement.

General

 Adhere to VERY tight reporting deadlines
 Deliver annual budget and monthly, quarterly, rolling 12 month forecasting for overseas subsidiaries, working closely with key
stakeholders to ensure their understanding and ownership.

 Support Long Term Plan (5 Years) preparation for overseas subsidiaries.
 Support annual statutory audit.
 Support with M&A and possible system and team integrations.
 Support with new ERP implementation to ensure system is fit for purpose and growth.
