I am currently working with an expanding, privately owned construction business who are looking to recruit a Finance Director. Working closely with the Shareholders you will have a high level of strategic input as you work together to continue to grow the business.

Operating as a key member of the leadership team, the Finance Director will lead the finance function and actively develop the finance team. You will also be responsible for analysing market trends and pipeline of project opportunities to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future, leading the budgeting, preparing board reports, monitor cash flow and maintain a strong working relationship with external parties including advisers, contractors and finance providers.

The successful candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified with experience of working for a construction business.You must also be commercially astute with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
