£20000 - £22000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Exciting opportunity to join an established company based in Medway on a full-time permanent basis working within a friendly and supportive team. You will be responsible for order processing and managing an in house system whilst liaising with internal and external stakeholders.


* Order processing and management
* Checking invoices
* Processing and updating an in-house system with daily information
* General administration support to the team
* Stock control
* Booking external transport using hauliers' portals, raising transport po's, producing labels and supporting paperwork

The successful candidate will have/be:

* Previous experience within a customer service role
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to do hours that are required
* ERP experience (Desirable)
* An understanding of supply chain processes
