A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a methodical and commercially aware Insight Manager with a background in Marketing to join my client, a forward thinking, expanding organisation based in Mid Kent.



The company are looking for a motivated and highly analytical marketing professional with exceptional organization skills to manage their paid advertising efforts on Amazon. This would include but not be limited to: Amazon Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, PDAs, DSP, etc. It would also be desirable for the successful candidate to have proficient experience and knowledge of paid advertising tactics across channels other than Amazon.



Duties include:

* Deep knowledge of Amazon advertising requirements and strategies, as well as optimization techniques
* Knowledge of the Amazon ads console and campaign set-up, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display
* Proven analytical skills - the ability to draw conclusions and insights from data and work out what action to take
* Ability to learn new technology platforms and feel comfortable using these to implement campaigns
* Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs
* Management of a Media Agency specifically on Amazon Advertising
* Experience identify and building solutions to improve business efficiency via automation



The ideal candidate will have:



* Education to Degree level or equivalent experience
* Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
* Advanced Excel and experience using Amazon vendor & Seller central
* Experience conducting large scale data analysis to support business decision making

* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tracking data and reporting

* Effective communicator with critical thinking, great problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively share knowledge and insights



This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is detail orientated and analytical to join a great team in an amazing company. The role will be working mostly from home however there will be office hours every now and again.
