A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a fast paced, customer focused team. You will deliver exceptional service to internal and external departments, using your excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* To deliver an extremely professional, efficient and accurate customer service
* Accepting and processing work orders
* Develop strong relationships with our customers
* Manage customer's contacts for all requests and proactively deliver to a high standard
* Scanning and filing documents to adhere to GDPR
* Answering the telephone and handing queries
* Supporting the team with additional tasks as required
Required Skills and Experience:
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent telephone manner
