Finance Manager supporting operational management for growing group enterprise. Reporting in Finance Director and managing one accounts assistant. Flexible working policy, 25 days holiday, 5% pension and salary in the range of £55,000 per annum.

- Lead, manage and develop the Finance function
- Approve expenses and payments in line with internal guidelines.
- Monitor and enforce business/financial controls in line with best practice
- Ensure all financial transaction are in line with business/financial controls.
- Continue to develop and improve controls where required.
- Work closely with VP Finance to ensure effective budget planning and forecasting
- Produce monthly financial and support production of management accounts
- Fulfil all statutory reporting and audit and tax compliance requirements
- Support product costing, carry out stock reconciliation
- Manage payroll and relationships
- Preparation and submission of VAT return
- Manage sub ledgers including the asset register, cash book, sales & purchase ledger.
- Manage business risk, insurance and legal topics ensuring compliance with the law and group policies.
- Regular reporting and analysis as required including monthly group reporting using SAP.
