Job Title: Office Administrator

Salary: Competitive DOE

Location: Mid Kent

We have a varied and interesting opportunity within a busy, dynamic business for an Office Administrator. Working within a Financial Services team, you will provide a full range of administrative support.

Duties include:

* Create and provide meeting packs to a very high standard
* Liaise with internal and external departments, clients, and ceding companies
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
* Progress applications to completion
* Support the paraplanners in preparation for scheme analysis
* General tidy and cleaning of the office
* Ensure stationery is maintained and compliant



The successful candidate will have:

* A solid office administration background.
* Being organised and meticulous
* Good Microsoft Office computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
* Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
* Full driving licence and own transport.
* A professional, warm approach.
