Working for a manufacturing company who specialise in the hospitality sector, providing products for a range of businesses. As a Sales Consultant you'll be promoting products to existing and prospective customers, maximising sales by finding every possible opportunity to promote profitable orders and book appointments for the National Account Manager.
You will be responsible for:
* Processing enquiries and orders both over the phone and online using the company internal systems.
* Ensuring all quotations and orders are priced accurately and in accordance with the prices operating at the time.
* Achieve and exceed KPI's and targets agreed with your line manager.
* To keep customer records clean, neat and up to date on the CRM system.
* Assist the company with promotions using social media and advertising platforms.
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve sales objectives on promotions
* Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the National Account Manager in line with KPI's.
* Proactively follow up leads and quotations.
* Identify opportunities with companies who are not on the database
* Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted activity can take place to generate new opportunities.
You will need:
At least 1 -2 years working within a B2B sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within hospitality (or related) industry, be able to deal with technical product information and have the ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels in and outside of organisation.
