Customer Services Executive

Mid Kent

Up to £27K DOE

Fantastic opportunity for a career driven and personable Customer Services Executive to join my client, a manufacturing company based in Mid Kent.

This is an exciting customer service role where you will provide outstanding service globally.

The role consists of:

* Providing excellent service to clients
* Accurate recording of all order and delivery information
* Updating clients on their orders
* Following company processes
* Being the primary contact for customer service calls
* Handling customer complaints
* Liaising with other departments in order to manage orders



The successful candidate will be/have:

* A genuine passion for customer service
* Relevant experience
* A calm, professional demeanour
* A strong work ethic
* Happy to work to tight deadlines
* Self-motivated
* Good IT skills
* An excellent communicator
* Educated to a good standard
