Job Title: Key Account Manager

Salary: £30 - 35,000 + uncapped commission OTE £40 - 45,000

Location: Tonbridge, hybrid working available - own vehicle essential

Join a buzzy, upbeat team and earn uncapped commission! This well-established manufacturing company are looking for a Key Account Manager to help build their business.

Duties include:

* Holding responsibility for accounts across the UK Wholesale, Security and Transport sectors.
* Creating strategic development plans, forecasting sales targets, and making growth projections.
* Identifying market opportunities, generating leads and new business though in person meetings, networking, phone and email.
* Meeting with existing and potential clients, building strong, positive relationships.
* Developing sales and marketing strategies, in collaboration with colleagues.
* Preparing sales presentations, participating in sales meetings, attending exhibitions and conferences.
* Producing management reports.
* Working with colleagues across departments to meet all client needs.
* Updating and maintaining the CRM, producing quotes including use of CAD.
* Contributing to the continued success of the wider Sales and Sales Coordinator team.

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience in key account management, dealing with wholesalers, project tenders, and maintenance and contracts.
* Experience of Wholesale/ Transport/ Security sectors desirable.
* Knowledge of Assistive Technology/ AV/ Security equipment desirable.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts across sectors.
* Passion for seeking and developing new business opportunities.
* Good IT skills, including MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.
* A positive attitude and lots of self-motivation.
* Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, and the ability to build great relationships quickly.
* Project management and report writing skills.
* A strategic, analytical, problem solving approach.
* Great negotiating skills.
* Confidence and articulacy.
