I am currently supporting our Medway based client with the appointment of a Regional HR Manager, to sit within the central HR function whilst offering support to colleagues on a regional basis. Managing a team of 2, this is an exciting role for candidates who are confident in dealing with the full employee life cycle whilst upholding company values and behaviours.

Main responsibilities include:
- Leading on a case load of regional ER cases, identifying risks, and providing pragmatic solutions
- Coaching Regional Managers to ensure they deal with the employee life cycle to the best of their ability
- Supporting Regional TUPE activity whilst adhering to relevant legislation
- Providing information for the Company payroll in a timely manner
- Developing effective engagement with all stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years` experience as an HR Manager within the services sector and hold a minimum of CIPD Level 5. You will be able to work collaboratively and communicate efficiently.
