Exciting opportunity to join a worthwhile and reputable growing organisation based in West Kent. You will have about 2 years payroll experience and a desire to work in a role that is a mix of Payroll, HR and Reward and Benefits.
Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for the administration and processing of the end-to-end monthly outsourced payroll, and pension and benefits schemes. This will include negotiating with the benefit providers. In addition to this you will have the opportunity to get involved in HR projects.

Duties
- administration of payroll
- dealing with queries
- producing draft payroll reports
- working with the Head of HR on salary reviews
- administering the payroll and benefits procedures
- supporting learning and development activities
- supporting the Head of HR with projects

Salary c£28,000 + excellent benefits

Part time options would be considered

Hybrid work available
