Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Salary: up to £19,800 depending on experience

Location: Sevenoaks

Our client, a corporate financial services organisation, is currently seeking a Customer Services Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

Successful candidates will need to show enthusiasm, flexibility, and a positive working attitude. For this you will be rewarded with a fantastic opportunity to develop a career with a global organisation.

The main duties of this role are to:

* Set up new cases and allocate as appropriate
* Issue standard information requests on cases
* Draft and issue straightforward cases accurately and to tight deadlines within agreed timescales
* Review standard risk cases
* Deal effectively and professionally with telephone, email and mail enquiries from internal and external clients and take actions to ensure that enquiries are handled appropriately and within service standards
* Chase outstanding matters on cases, including obtaining feedback on drafts issued
* Be aware of the range of products offered, and be able to make recommendations to clients on a product's suitability if appropriate
* Input policy and data in appropriate systems
* Produce accurate reports for management if required
* Liaise confidently and competently with customers regarding policy/general enquiries

The successful candidate:

* Will have some office based administrative experience
* Will ideally have some financial services experience
* Must hold good GCSE and A Level Grades - this role would suit an A Level school leaver for the lower end of the salary bracket
* Will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office
* Will have excellent communication skills, exceptional organisational skills, and proven administration experience
* Will be flexible and reliable with a good attitude
* Must live locally

Hours of work: 8:45am-5:30pm
