A reputable, market leading business based in the Mid/East Kent area are looking to recruit a Business Finance Analyst to drive the company performance from a financial point of view.

This is a newly created position due to a restructure reporting directly to the Finance Director.

The company offer hybrid working including flexibility around start/finish times.

Duties include:

- Provide value added analysis relevant to performance and business objectives which support and enhance management decision making

- Work with other areas of the business to find ways to continually improve the production of management information.

- Working closely with the IT department to implement projects assisting in improvements across the business

- Seeking ways to improve reporting systems

- Help drive the statistical database system to make it the single source of finance information for the business

- Ad-hoc project work as and when required.

Suitable candidates will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified although qualified by experience will be considered.

You will have experience working in a medium/large organisation in an analytical role handling large data sets.
