This secondary school is seeking to expand its cover team to cope with an increasing need for cover support across all year groups. An expansion of the cover, pastoral and behaviour teams means there is now a vacancy for a cover supervisor.

In this job the successful candidate will provide cover across years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 as well as offering pastoral and behaviour support as required. This job will require a candidate who can show resilience and adaptability in the face of a very changeable role. It will also require someone who can gain the respect of students through relationship building and behaviour management.
