Our client is currently looking for an experienced Sales Ledger/Credit Controller to join their team based in North Kent on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months with the opportunity to turn permanent for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
* Maintaining and implementing a schedule for invoices to be raised each month
* Liaising with operational staff and customers to prevent balances becoming overdue
* Actively managing and reducing any debtor's accounts with outstanding balances
* Updating Sales Ledgers with receipts using a suitable audit trail
* Contributing to the weekly and monthly reports on the impact of cash flow and status of debtors
* Assisting with month end and year end processes
Suitable candidates will have Credit Control experience, the ability to reconcile customers' accounts and previous experience gained in a similar role.
