Lead Employment Coach

If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity to work as a Lead Employment Coach on a new project called Breaking Barriers!
Main aim: To lead a short term Employment Coaching project called Breaking Barriers, which is part of a multiple partnership project. The aim is to support people either into paid employment, or by developing their life skills and confidence to look at the world of work as a future path. You will develop and nurture relationships with our key partners, implement ways to ensure that the people being referred into the project will benefit from attending and they are willing to engage and commit, problem solve, identify issues and solutions and work alongside and offer supportive line management to one Employment Coach.
Full Time - 37 hours per week.
Duration: 5 month fixed term contract
Location: Your base will be in Canterbury. However as part of your role you may be required to travel to other locations. We will provide a chromebook and mobile phone to support mobile working.
Salary and benefits: Full-time salary (based on a 37 hour working week and a 52 week working year) is £30,000 per annum. This means your annual salary will be £12,082.19 for a 37 hour working week and five month fixed term contract. This is an hourly pay rate of £15.59.
+ Holiday pay + Generous pension contribution of 5% of salary
