We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Sittingbourne
As a member of the technical team, you will need to support and participate actively in the development of new products, systems, and services.
Main Duties
- To provide technical support via phone, email, webchat and social media to internal and external customers
- Respond to requests from other departments
- Maintain and update accurate records
- To research and keep up to date on relevant standards, regulations
Experience required
- Customer service background
- IT literate in Windows OS, MS Office package [Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.] and Internet
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well as part of a team or own initiative
This role is Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm on a fixed term contract
This will be office then remote working
