Our client within the financial industry is seeking a customer service advisor to join their busy team on a fixed term, full time basis.

Duties:

* Liaising with clients via telephone and e-mail
* Dealing with any queries and provide the correct information
* General administration duties
* Follow up on calls and requests following the correct systems

The successful candidate must be able to provide great customer service and have great communication skills. Experience within customer service is required, and you must be willing to learn and be able to work independently and in a team.

This is a great opportunity to gain some great experience within a office based, customer focused role.
