Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: East Kent

Salary: £19,000 OTE £21,000 - £22,000

Hours: Mon-Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm, alternative Sat 9.00 - 1.00pm
(Due to location I am afraid we can only consider drivers with their own transport)

We have a fantastic vacancy available for a Customer Service Advisor to join a lively, expanding team with opportunity for progression.

Our client is looking for a real people person who genuinely cares about ensuring the best customer service possible. This role would be ideal for somebody with retail or hospitality experience and is looking for a new exciting career path!

Duties of this role include:

* Speaking to customers over the phone about a wide range of issues queries and complaints
* Accurately recording information on the database
* Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
* Problem solving
* Working as part of a fun, buzzy team
* Any other duties as required



The ideal candidate will have

* A friendly and professional manner to enhance and develop customer relationships
* A background in Customer Service, Retail or Hospitality
* A lively, enthusiastic personality with resilience and ambition to achieve and exceed personal performance and quality targets
* A good team player
