This is a great opportunity to join a well-established logistics company in Dartford, who are recruiting for a permanent Warehouse Operative Night Shift.

This a busy and fast paced role, where you will be following the correct processes in an efficient and timely manner and ensuring the operation in the Warehouse delivers outstanding service.

Duties include:

* Full accountability for the loading and unloading of European and UK vehicles
* Check measure consignments
* Accurate recording of information and barcode scanning
* Direct responsibility for ensuring that space allocation for each vehicle is maximised to its fullest potential (Load Yields)
* To be proactive when dealing with all damages i.e. documenting the issue and communicating with line management
* Take photographs of damaged and surplus goods
* Use of computer to check information
* Ensuring all consignments are place in the correct postcode lane
* Scanning products onto the system from each consignment

It is essential you have experience using a PPT, Counterbalance Fork Lift and you have worked in a logistics warehouse.

The breakdown of the salary is £22,000 basic salary with £3000 shift bonus.

This is a Sunday to Thursday role with the hours of Midnight to 8.30am.
