Your new company
Our manufacturing client is a family run business with circa 50 employees. They are currently based in Tadworth across 6 small offices and will be moving to Redhill in early spring to a brand new location.

Your new role
As a HR Advisor you will be taking on a brand new, stand alone role and have the ability to shape the HR function as you wish. The HR function is currently being covered by external HR consultants but once this has been taken over, this will be an incredibly busy role with lots of improvements to be made including implementing a HR strategy.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

* Recruitment
* Managing all employee records
* Develop HR policies
* HRIS
* Work closely with payroll
* Compensation & Benefits
* Employee relations

Please note that this role will require you to work onsite 5 days a week.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have previous experience in a HR Advisor position within the private sector, ideally manufacturing with update to take knowledge of employment law. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £28,000-£32,000 (DOE) including 25 days holiday, pension scheme and 10% bonus scheme.
