Helpdesk support role - £22,000, permanent

Working for an IT company with offices based in Gillingham.

The role's main function is to provide timely and accurate solutions to internal and external customer requests.

Duties Include:

* Advising clients on the correct use of the software
* Take ownership of calls, emails and customer and 3rd party queries
* Accurate recording of all actions and advice in CRM
* Ensure customer and 3rd party clients are kept informed of the progress of cases in a timely manner
* To identify hardware problems and ensure they are referred as appropriate
* Respond promptly to requests for assistance from other departments within SOE

Previous experience in customer service and/or software support is ideal!
