Are you a polished and professional administrator with an interest in Business and Fashion?!

Rare local opening for a switched on Team Assistant to join forward thinking business, with a route to becoming a National Account Manager.

You will get the opportunity to work with key decision makers within the world of Retail Buying, supporting an established and successful team to ensure maximum growth for the business.

Duties include:

* Providing general administrative support to the National Accounts team
* Being the first point of contact for all in-coming calls
* Delivering high level support to a range of Blue Chip Clients
* Assisting with the planning and management of internal customer visits
* Preparing and assisting with presentations for external customer visits
* Producing quote sheets
* Attending external customer visits (where appropriate and with training)
* Liaising with internal departments and answering first line queries
* Inputting and updating the Company's order system

You Will:

* Be commercially aware with an interest in spotting current trends
* Display excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Have an appreciation of the importance of excellent customer service (ideally from practical experience)
* Be adept at working independently (as well as part of a team), using initiative where appropriate
* Exhibit good attention to detail and organisation skills
* Demonstrate a good working knowledge of IT packages (Word, Power Point, Excel)
* Have a great attitude, happy to be a team player
* Be eager to learn from the team to enable progression
* Ideally have a relevant degree
