Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator based in Chatham.
MONDAY to FRIDAY role - No Weekends
The key purpose of the role is to deliver a high quality telephony service, which they pride themselves on, as well as undertake a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide guidance and support to all callers
* To be responsible for delivering a high-quality telephone service
* To undertake a range of administrative duties
* To develop and maintain effective relationships with callers
What is required:
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications (in particular Word and Excel)
* GCSE/GCE qualifications in English and Maths are essential
* Confident telephone manner
