We are recruiting for permanent Plumbing & Gas Apprencticeship Trainers. This is remote working role.

You will be assessing, supporting and tracking learners in a variety of environments towards timely completion and you will also carry out Internal Quality Assurance as required.

Your role responsibilities will also include providing assessment support for learners to include reviews, drop-in sessions, telephone, email contacts, in a variety of contexts. This will include provision of underpinning knowledge and to liaise with employers and their representatives to ensure the timing and mode of delivery is appropriate to their needs and those of their employees.

To apply, you will hold Assessor qualifications D32, D33 or A1 or a Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement and have achieved - or be willing to work towards - Internal Verifier qualification TDLB D34 or V1 or Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice.

Additionally, you will need to hold Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of setting and achieving challenging improvement targets and experience of successfully supporting training and assessing in a variety of contexts.

The full time role will be 37 hours per week and the part time role will be 18.5 hours per week. The closing date for applications is 7th May 2021, with interviews proposed on 20th May 2021.
