Assistant Facilities Manager, Ashford School

Ashford School is a thriving independent school operating across two sites at East Hill, Ashford, and Great Chart. We are looking to recruit an inspirational Assistant Facilities Manager who will work across both sites. The incumbent will be expected to 'live and breathe' the job as the Assistant Manager responsible for a diverse team of maintenance operatives.

Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, your responsibilities will include the oversight of: routine maintenance and site works, security, transport, domestic services, porters, performance reviews, compliance and health & safety. The successful candidate will lead by example and won’t be afraid to get their own hands dirty.

This is a full time role, 48 hours per week on a rota basis. Evening and weekend work will be required.
