Salaries range from £20,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Key Skills:

* Previous call centre experience working within a busy contact team
* Proven experience in either technical claims and commercial and domestic property claims, motor claims and any other claims areas within insurance
* Previous call handling experience
* Strong customer approach
* Ability to apply excellent administrative skills using procedures and software applications (such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Excellent attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced working environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English essential
* Ability to exercise judgement to shift priorities and organise multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Resilience and flexibility to respond to changing requirements and customer needs
