Our client is currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team.

The role, based in Gravesend, will be providing a professional and effective Human Resources Business Partnering service to all levels of staff.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Undertaking all duties and responsibilities in regards to regulatory, legislative and procedural requirements of the work place
* Develop and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships, and provide a consultancy service to staff
* Managing sickness, by advising managers and employees on absence management procedures
* Managing flexible working requests
* Managing individual ER cases relating to disciplinaries, and grievances



The ideal candidate:

* CIPD Level 5 or above
* You have experience working within HR at a similar level
* You have experience handing difficult situations and resolving them in an appropriate and timely manner
* You have excellent IT and Administration skills
* Communication skills and highly motivated team player
