My client is seeking a New International Partnerships Manager to join them on a full time, and permanent basis.
This role will lead the growth of the cross-border giving proposition through the expansion of the business' International Network, supporting new business pitches and presentations, developing new opportunities, and representing the network at external client events and activities. You will be the driving force in ensuring a compelling and market-leading offer for corporate and private clients in the UK, USA, and Canada.
Duties include:
* Responsible for designing and delivering the new International growth strategy
* Analysing the market proposition for cross-border giving
* Identifying gaps in cross-border proposition
* Developing long-list of potential partners against key criteria
* Managing the onboarding process
* Delivering end-to-end development of the network
* Managing relationships with third parties by expanding channels to win new business for cross border giving
* Developing new relationships with advisory firms, international bodies, and similar organisations
* Managing a wide-ranging channel network to support business development in UK, USA, and Canada
* Developing leads/new relationships directly
* Representing and presenting the International proposition at meetings, events, and conferences
* Contributing to Strategy, Reporting and Communications by analysing market trends and sharing opportunities internally and externally
* Mentoring colleagues and staff in the Cross-Border giving proposition
* Working with the product development and marketing team on key initiatives
* General leadership support as required
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience of forging and building networks, working in a partnership environment externally
* Detailed understanding of ESG and philanthropic trends
* Influencing and proactive relationship management skills
* Business development skills to drive growth
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
* Strong MS Office ability
