Junior IT Support / Helpdesk person required. You must have own car and be happy to do occassional short trips to local sites for which petrol etc will be paid. This role is suitable for someone with good IT support skills around printers, laptops, desktops and Microsoft products etc. who is looking for a varied and interesting IT Support role within a large local business. Initially hours will be Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You will need a good telephone manner and be happy to take calls from users, log issues and where possible fix the problem or escalate to others in the IT team.
